个人简介:

       1962年12月生,黑龙江人,博士,博士生导师。 2000年6月于金沙9001cc 以诚为本化工机械研究所获得博士学位(获上海市优秀毕业生),2002年9月于山东 大学材料科学与工程学院博士后出站。2002.10 金沙9001cc 以诚为本任教。

       主持承担了国家自然科学基金项目、国家“十一五”、“十二五”科技攻关项目、国家质检总局公益性项目、失效分析与预防等项目。上海市特种设备事故应急专家,进年来完成了数百项石油化工设备失效分析案例,参加及主持了上海市组织的承压设备重大事故失效分析工作。Engineering Fracture Mechanics、Surface and Coatings Technology、Applied Surface Science国际期刊及多个国内核心期刊审稿人。获得二次上海市科技进步奖。

       在微试样测试方面参加小冲杆测试技术的国家标准制订研究、与欧盟小冲杆标准化技术工作组进行密切合作,双方教师及研究生进行多次互访交流标准的进展和制订工作。2012年有3名研究生在捷克钢铁研究院进行了2周的小冲干测试技术交流工作,2015年有3名研究生在捷克钢铁研究院和捷克奥斯特拉法工业大学进行了为期3个月的学术交流活动。目前国际微试样国际学术会议已经举办了三次,关凯书都出席了会议,介绍了中国及金沙9001cc 以诚为本在微试样测试技术的进展。鉴于金沙9001cc 以诚为本在微试样测试技术取得的成就,第四届国际微试样测试技术学术会议将于2016年10月在金沙9001cc 以诚为本召开。
       石油化工设备的失效分析与预防可以更好地了解设备设计、制造及使用中存在的问题,建立了良好的校企合作关系,同时也为研究生提供了良好的实践平台。
       近年来与中石化合作开展了石化法兰接头的结构完整性研究工作。实验室搭建了法兰接头容器测试平台,针对基于泄漏率的法兰接头结构、材料选择以及安装规范进行了研究。

研究方向

       从事苛刻条件下过程设备安全保障技术研究,包括高温、高压及腐蚀环境化工过程设备的安全技术,体现机械、材料、力学与化工工艺学科的交叉和融合。具体包括:
(1)    微试样测试技术评价在役设备的力学性能
(2)    极端环境设备的结构完整性评价,包括设备的失效分析与预防,  高温法兰接头的结构
(3)    纳米涂层。
